1  A one-year membership requires a commitment for the full year and monthly payments. If you decide to end a one-year membership before the 12-month period is over, you will be charged the difference between the monthly and yearly commitment pricing for the number of months your membership was active. If canceled, a one-year membership cannot be restarted; you will have to purchase a new membership for us to cover your speeding tickets again.

2  A month-to-month membership must remain in good standing for the first 90 days. Members utilizing our month-to-month plans may cancel their auto debit at any time after 90 days. If a ticket is incurred during this period it will be paid.
