YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Speederz and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

1. All Speederz members are required to possess a valid, current US State issued driver’s license.

2. All Speederz members are required to possess the minimum legal auto insurance required by their respective State.

3. All Speederz members are required to mail and/or email aforementioned documents within first 30 days of membership or risk termination of Member privileges.

4. All Speederz members must maintain active membership for 90days

5. All Speederz members under the age of 18 must have parental consent to proceed with membership and must ask about our parental consent forms.

6. All Speederz members consent to automatic payments through credit card used to make initial membership purchase, but may update information at any time. Monthly members will auto debit on a per month basis. Yearly members will auto debit on an annual basis and may cancel auto debit at any time they choose.

7. At no time will Speederz cover a speeding ticket obtained by Photo Radar as not to contribute to this public and private sector conflict at the expense of the taxpayer. We will re-address this issue after court litigation has been finalized. States continue to ban the use of these cameras making it less likely to be viewed as constitutional by our U.S. legal system.

8. All Speederz members are asked to mail, email and/or upload their speeding tickets in a timely manner as not to put at risk the status of the ticket in question with law enforcement.

9. All Speederz members are asked to contact Speederz should they have additional questions.

10. The driver’s license on the speeding ticket must match the driver’s license on record with Speederz.

11. All members on month to month payment status agree to auto debit for 90 days of membership and may cancel at any time thereafter.

12. Termination of membership obligations, by member, such as failure to submit documents or honor 90 day auto debit agreement are subject to full termination of member privileges.

13. All Speederz members agree to drive in a manner consistent with that of a law abiding citizen on the road and even beyond, in an effort to set the example for others to follow.

14. All Speederz members agree to having read and understood the language and time frame in reference to violation(s), fines, dates, or any other relevant information.

15. All Speederz will have a more productive and efficient work and/or personal life, along with a more worry free driving experience.

16. All information submitted by our members is deemed to be accurate and true as submitted by said member or risk penalty to the fullest extent of the law.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Speederz reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Speederz are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

However, Speederz does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Speederz itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Speederz, you agree that the laws of the state of Texas, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Speederz or its associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Speederz or to products you purchase through Speederz shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Texas, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Speederzs intellectual property rights, Speederz may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Texas, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
